If you lose your password, you can reset it by going to the password resetting page. There you are asked to enter your email address so we can send you a new password right away.

+ How do I pay online?
You can pay online with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
+ Can I pay after I receive my report?
You can pay afterwards only if your company is buying more than about 2.000 $ a month on Lipperhey. Please contact if you are interested in this option.
+ What is a coupon code?
A coupon code is a discount code that Lipperhey may give to you or one of our partners. When you enter the coupon code, your account will be credited with a certain amount of money.
+ I received a coupon code, how do I active it?
1) When you are a new user and you're making a new Lipperhey account, you will be asked to enter the coupon code. The amount of the coupon code will be credited to your account.
2) Do you already have a Lipperhey account? Go to the Credit page and click on activate coupon. You can now enter the coupon code and we will credit your account directly with the value of the coupon.

+ How do I order a report?
You can order a report by logging in to your personal account, then click from your dashboard on the analysis that you've done. You will arrive on the detail page. On this page you will find a green button, which says order report.
